Test Pilot - IPA - #2 - Citra/Riwaka

The newest beer to our line up "Test Pilot" is an experimental series that we hope becomes a whole new brand of beer for us. For our maiden flight we created a New England hazy IPA with a new yeast that is neutral in flavour in order to showcase the all Citra and Riwaka dry hop.

7.5% alc/vol.
