Night Waves - IPA - Green Bullet and El Dorado

Night Waves is an IPA made in the style of a New England IPA with a focus on West Coast style hops. Our newest release features Green Bullet hops from New Zealand and El Dorado hops from the northwest USA. Green Bullet is complex with dark fruits, pine needles, floral aroma, and slight spice that adds a balanced bitterness; while El Dorado brings bright tropical fruit flavours and aromas of pineapple, pear, watermelon, and stone fruit. This IPA is intense dominated by melon; followed by dank pine, and stone fruit.

Ingredients: Barley, Wheat, Hops, Yeast, Water.
