Bergeytown - Vienna Lager

Our version of a Vienna Lager created on the softer and lighter colour side of the style. Deep golden colour to slight copper. We pay homage to the founder of where our brewery is located, and named this lager after the original settlement we reside in. Bergeytown Vienna lager has a nice malty aroma and slight malt sweetness, with a notable degree of toasted, roasted malt character. We used traditional German hops and malts in this creation, along with a special lager yeast that contributes a slight floralness to the beer. Cheers!

Ingredients: Barley malt, Hops, Yeast, Water.
